One thing we learned while working with The University of Florida’s athletic department is that their team unity extends beyond individual sports and permeates the entire organization. The teams would use “One Gator Nation” without an ounce of sarcasm or patronization. We had to bring this forward in their work along with their relentless work ethic to reach and stay at the top of every sport they played.

Over the course of five years, we developed a whole host of creative initiatives across marketing, recruitment and booster programs. Go Gators!
